TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
We are required by law to keep a copy of all transcript for 65 years from the date of graduation. WE DO NOT HAVE COPIES OF DIPLOMAS. Your graduation date is on your official transcript. There is no fee for copies of transcripts.
If you need a copy of your transcript - transferring colleges, employment requests, personal requests, etc., please click the button for the Transcript Request Sheet. PLEASE NOTE: If you need multiple copies of your transcript sent, you will need to fill out one form for each college.
